We are developing a "brain" of inspection for engineers,architects, and surveyors around the world, committed to improving the safetyof buildings and infrastructures, preventing losses, from economic to humanlives. We leverage a wide range of data, including satellite data formacroscopic inspection, IoT sensors for building structure as well as robotsand drones for autonomous inspections. Comprehensive analysis of data empowersus to assess potential risks of architectures and offers predictive analysis oftheir damage effectively. With a much higher accuracy, our solution is also 50%more cost-and-time-effective than traditional methods.  

Who we are looking for?  

Although a formal degreemight not always be necessary in an IT Support role, tertiary qualificationscan include the following:- Higher Diploma in Computer Science 

- Computing 

-Higher Diploma in Information and Communications Technology  

-A technical, logical thought process 

- Problem-solving skills 

- An ability to stick to strict deadlines 

- An abillity to priotitise and delegate 

- A keen eye for detail 

 

What to do?  

- Create and maintain a streamlined digital working environment foroffice operation, integration with Zoho system - Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks,printers and scanners- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or overthe phone)- Setting up accounts for new users- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary- Testing new technology- Possibly training more junior staff members
