IT Support (POS System)
Job Description:
-Provide daily IT operation and support, to providetroubleshooting, counter measurement and improvement on various IT issues
-Install and configure computer hardware, software,networks, POS terminals, printers and scanners
-Monitor and maintain internal network systems
-Providing all-round POS machine support (Retail)
-Performs ad hoc assigned by managers to meet businessobjectives
Requirements:
-Higher Diploma in Information Technology, ComputerScience or related discipline
-At least 2 years related working experience
-Solid experience in working on POS, WMS and ERP
-Experience in retail industry is preferred
-Strong in problem-solving and detail-minded
-Good communication skills, helpful and a good teamplayer
