Senior Analyst Programmer/ Analyst Programmer

Responsibilities-Assist the Project Manager to develop system by design, plan, testing, implement and documentation of1.Real estate application focusing on property & carpark management OR2.Tenant billing settlement, lease administration and property accounting-Coordinate with external service provider and provide technical instruction-Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope and system requirements-Perform code review, develop test scripts for testers to assure the work quality-Develop training manual and conducts system training-Monitor vendor performance closely to assure the quality of deliverables-Set up the system maintenance procedures. Monitor system health by reviewing the system performance reports to troubleshoot and report on errors/alerts-Design and implement system upgrade procedures-Execute operations in compliance with audit requirements.-Execute project as per project timeline and budget defined-Tackle system issues, escalate risks and roadblocks to management with mitigation options and recommendationRequirement-Degree in Computer Science/IT or related disciplines-Min 5 years’ experience in System/Web application design and development-Previous experience in supporting property management industry-Assist project manager in change management and risk management.-Experience in IT system implementation and development of user requirement-documents, technical spec, UAT scripts and review program code-Excellent communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English-Knowledge and experience applying ITIL would be an advantage-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese-Experience in hosting applications in cloud-based platforms including O365, Azure, AWS, etc.-Proficient in in data access and data integrity controls. Experience in databases such as MS SQL, MySQL and MongoDB-Knowledge in programming languages and frameworks such as MS SQL, PL/SQL, C#, ASP.net, Java, Node.js, MVC, MVP, MVVM.-Strong in API and Web Services (REST and/or SOAP based) integrations.-Hands-on experience in ETL and end-to-end integration platform such as SQL SSIS, Informatica PowerCenter, MuleSoft or others.-Data analytic tools such as Power BI or Qlik.-Workflow process design tools such as Visio
