Responsibility:
Support Manager to execute projects and call center workflow system
Assist in documentation of business requirements and system workflow
Assist in UAT test cases, testing different scenarios on chatbot
Perform general administrative duties including reports preparation and ad hoc tasks as assigned
Assist in projects related to contact centre operating model
RequirementsRequirements:
Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Business or related discipline
2 Years working experience in client service industry (e.g. financial services or insurance)
Sound Knowledge in operating model in a contact centre
Familiar with processes are required within a contact centre
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
