Settlement Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manager-In-charge of Operation control and review;
• Perform full spectrum of daily settlement operations of global markets especially Asian stocks;
• Handle daily trade settlement, clients fund/securities deposit, and withdrawal; 
• Handle the subscription and redemption of authorized funds/ bonds/ ELN; 
• Reconcile bank and broker's confirmations;
• Liaise with external counter-parties and other departments on settlement issues;
• Review operation procedures regularly;
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required. 

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Finance or business-related discipline; 
• At least 3-5 years relevant working experience; 
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer; 
• Familiar with CCASS and internal settlement system; 
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point; 
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage;
• Self-disciplined, able to work independently with good communication skills;  
• Strong team player with interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; 
• Willing to work on shift and public holidays.
