Accounts Assistant 會計助理 (五天工作)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting duties (AR/AP/GL role) and reconciliations
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing;
• Assist in annual statutory audit and tax filing;
• Prepare monthly management and statutory reports or schedules;
• Perform other ad hoc duties when required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Finance or Accounting with LCCI Higher Level
• Minimum 2 years’ related experience in Retail field
• Proficiency in PC knowledge including Microsoft Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge with system implementation is a plus
• Strong sense of responsibility and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
