Senior Finance Manager/ Finance Manager

Purpose:

Support our Group CEO on overall group Financial management.

Main Duties:

• Manage a Group strategic decision  making and operations related to all financial function including finance, accounting, budgeting, audit, credit control,  consolidation, taxation, etc.
• Handle all rounded management accounting, analytical functions and financial reporting
• Ensure the completion of timely and accurate financial reporting deliverable and preparation of in-depth  analysis for senior management
• Act as business partner with CEO/department heads on operation matters and cost control
• Provide strategic direction on internal control across the Group and implement business measures to ensure enterprise risks are identified, evaluated and mitigated in supporting the overall corporate vision and strategy
• Develop and implement continuous improvement of accounting and financial policies and operating procedures
• Manage and strengthen the Finance team
• Ensure compliance in legal, corporate governance and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant preferably Audit trained, with a minimum of 8-10 years of F&B financial management experience. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Finance Manager.
• Hands-on experience from F & B background is highly preferred.
• Familiar with listing requirements and relevant  statutory matters; and well-versed with the HK, PRC accounting and  taxation rules and regulations;
• Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills with good analytical & problems solving techniques
• Well versed in PC Skills,  Flex and Xero Accounting Software preferred
• Hands on, proactive, result-oriented, detail-minded, responsible and able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule;
• Good  command of English and Chinese
