Responsibilities:

Manage, drive and motivate sales and part-timer of the teams to achieve goals and targets.Implement strategies and plans to maximize sales and productivity, manpower efficiency and customer service standard;Monitor daily operations of Shop. 

Requirement:

- Experience to lead the team to perform a high quality of customer service.

- Experience to lead the team to achieve sales target Result oriented, excellent communications, presentation and influencing skills;

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;Good in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) 

Our offer : 

18K to 20K per month(plus monthly commission and yearly bonus)
