Product / Lead Manager

Job Description:

- Develop business goals and corresponding action plans to achieve short-term and long-term goals 

-Manage, define and implement innovation projects and the quality and progress of the projects to ensure on-time, effective project outcome. 

- Build and audit project framework (based on business goal and current team situation) 

- Lead and manage the technical team and support the overall development roadmap 

-Prioritize initiatives and projects appropriately and weigh tradeoffs that must be made 

-Liaise with the product, technical, business development, social media, community, brand public relations, and other teams to coordinate project progress.  

Requirement: 

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration / Design or related fields  

- Minimum of 10 years’ solid experience in project management and product management or role. 

- Have Blockchain knowledge is definitely an advantage 

- Tech-savvy with knowledge in the latest web and fintech trends 

- Ability to conduct a technical feasibility study for new ideas and other projects; 

- Proactive, passionate and resourceful in finding solutions for challenging problems 

- Team-player, leadership skills 

- Excellent communication and presentation skills 

- Excellent communication skills, fluent in Chinese, English and Putonghua
