Logistic officer

Profile's background expectations: 

  - excellent skills in using Microsoft Office Excel; 

- basic knowledge in SAP system to be considered as a plus; 

- at least two years of working experience in trading/logistic companies; 

- native Cantonese speaker, fluent in Mandarin is mandatory, English knowledge to be considered a strong plus; 

- reliable, self-motivated, hard-working and multi-tasking person; 

- strong character, ability to work under pressure; 

   Job duties: 

  - daily communication with suppliers; 

- collect outsourced order confirmations; 

- daily monitoring of the status of open orders; 

- updating the system with relevant order info; 

- collecting shipping documents and uploading the system accordingly; 

- ensuring cargo cut-off time for shipment and taking care of related communication with freight forwarder; 

- preparing open order status summaries and reports; 

 Being Flexible to overtime on Mon/Friday if needed.
