Responsibilities:
• Can work independently with good organization and interpersonal skill
• Provide overall administrative and clerical support to the offices
• Handling general and full set accounting duties independently
• Preparation of management & analysis reports
• Assist in bookkeeping, audit, co. sec. and tax assignments
• Handle general office administrative duties independently
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• Diploma in Accountancy or LCCI Intermediate above preferred
• 1 year relevant experience would be preferred (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiar with Xero is preferable
• Knowledge of Ecommerce backend (Wordpress or Odoo) would be an advantage
• With strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate availability is preferred
