Responsible for Food and Beverage outlets of the Non-Hotel Food and Beverage projects in Central.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations including coffee and drink bar.
- Closely communicate with cafe team on coffee and beverage quantity and quality issues.
- Maintain a safe, hygienic and presentable work environment, following approved operating procedures, food safety guidelines and health and safety regulations.
- Ensure housekeeping is up to standard.
- Keep equipment working by following operating instructions, carrying out preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting breakdown.
Requirements
- 4 years' experience working in restaurants.
- Diploma/Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
- With good team spirits, self-motivated, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
- With good customer service attitude, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command in English and Chinese.
- Less experience will be considered as Barista.

- Less experience candidate will be considered for the role of Barista
