Responsibilities:
- I/E documents preparation and customs declaration
- Arrange local transportation and overseas shipment.
- Liaise with internal and external parties to maintain a smooth operation for punctual shipments and delivery.
- Prepare regular reports (shipping status, Logistics review etc.)
- Maintain logistics data quality in system in a timely manner
- Coordinate shipments with carriers/ forwarders and suppliers and monitor their service levels
- Ad-hoc assignment by management.
Requirement:
- Tertiary educated or above in Supply Chain, Logistics or related discipline
- Experience on handle freight forwarders / carriers would be an advantage
- Result-oriented, self-driven, independent, figure sensitive
- Knowledge in SAP or other ERP system is an advantage
- Fluent command of spoken and written Chinese and English (including Mandarin)
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Immediately available is highly preferred
