- To be responsible for handling payment enquiries; executing routine dunning actions for non-payment accounts
- Form 5 or above with minimum 1 year relevant working experience in telecommunication industry is preferred
- Proficient in PC applications including MS office
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong communication and presentation skills, good telephone manner and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Independent, well-organized, customer oriented with analytical mind
