Senior Manager of Project Coordination & BD

Job Responsibilities

· Project Coordination: Implement projects with quality and optimize project management to ensure on-time within budget and effective project outcomes.

· Build and lead high-performance team under optimal use of resources.

· Business Development: Develop business goals and the corresponding action plans to achieve short-term and long-term goals.

· Manage, handle, and negotiate with distributors and business partners.

· Meet and follow up with prospective clients, including proposal writing and handling inquiries.

· Liaise with in-house teams of product, technical, marketing, and others to coordinate project progress.

· Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

· Need to work with BD partner and may lead subordinate in the future.

Requirement· Bachelor’s degrees holder in Business administration or IT related fields

· Minimum of 8-10 years experience in project management and enterprise-level solutions

· Have Blockchain knowledge is definitely an advantage

· Confident in working closely with both technical and business teams

· Critical thinker and problem solver who is precise, detail-oriented, well organized, and with a strong sense of responsibility

· Positive, open-minded, and self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills and willing to learn and taking up new challenges

· Passionate about the latest technology, data and problem-solving

· Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, Cantonese, Proficient in spoken Mandarin
