Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for daily accounting and administration, including data entry, billing and filing

- Assists local accounting firm to verify for audit preparation

- Assist in regular month-end closing activities and budget

- Manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, payroll and administrative tasks etc.

- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the Manager

Job Requirements

- University graduates in related disciplines (Higher diploma with working experience will be considered)

- Strong in numerical sense, self-motivated, responsible and reliable

- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

- 1-year related experience is preferred but fresh graduate is also welcome

- Immediately available is highly preferred
