Job Description:
- To handle enquiries through the hotline, email, webchat and all online channels, provide service and one-stop resolution to meet customer’s needs;
- To handle customer complaints and dispute cases with care and professionalism
- To maintain and develop good relationships with customers;
- To follow the procedures and workflows with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements properly;
- To proactively learn and grasp the latest knowledge concerned to facilitate proper discharge of daily duties;
- To assist with ad hoc assignments.
Job Requirements:
- HKCEE/DSE graduate or above
- At least 1-year cs experience, preferably in the banking industry or contact centre
- Solid customer service experience, experience in managing high-end customers or loyalty services would be a definite advantage. Detailed-minded, proactive and able to work under pressure
- Native Cantonese and Mandarin, Good English speaking
- Word Processing: Chinese (速成/倉頡/拼音) with 20/wpm, English with 20/wpm is required;
- Fluent and strong proficiency in written English and Chinese
- University Student is welcome
About Work:
- Location: Prince Edward
- Salary: $85/hr
- Shift Duty: Mon-Sun, (*Most Duty: 10am-2pm / 6-10pm); 2-6pm
