Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in revenue cycle (billing & collection);
- Liaise with different teams and ensure billing accuracy;
- Ensure P&L (income side) accuracy;
- Manage revenue recognition process;
- Respond to client queries concerning billing quickly and effectively;
- Support the implementation of billing system and standardized processes to improve efficiency;
- Monitor customer's payment behaviour;
- Support ad hoc accounting and finance projects.
Qualifications / Skills:
- 3 year accounting or billing experience;
- Higher Diploma or above in accounting or related disciplines;
- Knowledge in Zoho Book and QBO will be an advantage;
- Customer services experience will be an advantage;
- Pleasant personality; good team player;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Proficient in G Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar), WhatsApp Business, WeChat, Chinese Word Processing.
