Responsibilities
- Handle sales and customers enquiries via emails, live-chats and phone call
- Responsible for the sale activities and customer orders follow up
- Handle after sales service (complaints, returns, refunds)
- Prepare and upload inventories and items on different online marketing channels
Requirements
- Form 5 or above / Fresh graduates are also welcome
- At least 1 years of customer service experience, ideally in the online retail industry
- Knowledge / Interest in fashion is a plus
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good PC knowledge and typing skills 30 wpm
- Customer-focus, flexible, fast learner, and self-motivated
- Good interpersonal, communication skills
- Good team-spirit and problem solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and independently with little guidance
- Work on shift is required
- Immediate available is preferred
Working Hours:
- 5 days work week (Shift basis)
- Working time: 9:00am - 6:30pm
