Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer enquiries and complaints independently customer touch points, including hotline, social media, email and instant messaging on digital platforms
2. Be customer-centric and handle enquires efficiently in professional manner as to build good customer relations Provide solutions to improve customer experience and satisfaction
3. Collect customer feedbacks and market insights to enhance the customer experience and service benchmark
4. Be-proactive and work cross-functionally with other internal departments to seek for possible win-win solution
5. Create and maintain case log/CS scripts or templates systematically
6. Assist in training and prepare regular monthly CS reports for management review
7. To work on other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirement:
1. Pleasant and Outgoing Strong in customer service and problem-solving skills
2. Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
3. Independent and willing to work under pressure
4. F.5 or above or equivalent qualification
