Responsibilities :
- Software and Hardware installation and maintenance for retail shops and head office staffs
- Helpdesk support to overseas office, included : Singapore and Mainland China
- Well-prepare of analytical and evaluation activities
- Assist with ad hoc projects
Requirements :
- With more than 1 years of IT-Technical Support experience
- Have good knowledge of Windows Server and Remote Desktop & VMware
- Good understanding of Network Infrastructure & Security and Backup
- Have Diploma or above in relevant field or equivalent.
- Good customer service attitude and able to deal to different type of users
- Work independently & work with a team
- Good communication skills in Putonghua
