Responsibilities:
- Procurement of indirect materials and services to support the operation of Food Manufacturing Department
- Source new suppliers and vendors
- Negotiate the best price and terms
- Prepare ordering document and update purchasing record
- Review contract terms & conditions
- Goods receiving
- Prepare inventory and payment report
- Update stock/ machine/ supplier record
- Support ad-hoc duties as assigned upon request
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder in Purchasing/ Business or related field
- 3 years of working experience on indirect materials purchasing, preferably in manufacturing industry
- Responsible, well-organized, able to work independently
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English
- Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
- Familiar with HVAC, food processing and packing machine, machine components
- Able to handle import and export shipping documents
- Experience on MP2 is an advantage
- Immediate availability is preferred
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Sourcing/ Procurement Officer
**Work Location: Tai Po Industrial Estate(Free Shuttle Bus)

- Assist in engineering inventory control Assist ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- HKCEE / HKDSE or above 2 years working experience in the clerical job is preferable
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
- Fluent Cantonese; Fair Putonghua and English
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Engineering Clerk
- Immediate available is preferred
