Business Planning & Development Manager (Japanese F&B)

 Job Requirements 

• Minimum 10 years of work experience in F&B management roles 
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Japanese 
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and management skills  

 

Job Description 

• Plan & develop strategic business plan of the Group; 
• Analyze market trend, competitors & consumer needs; 
• Capability of seeking suitable restaurant locations, development marketing strategies, negotiating rental terms and responsible for restaurant concept and design, etc.;  
• Implements food and beverage strategies;  
• Oversee day-to-day operations and drive performance of the restaurants to achieve targets;  
• Supervise & provide on-site training of employees 
• Competency in decision-making, flexibility and analytical skills; 
• Develop action plans, budget and expenditures control; 
• Initiating Business Contingency Plan and change development plans from time to time according to business needs; 
• Develop and implement marketing and advertisement plans to boost up sales performance; 
• Support and lead multi-projects in alignment with business plan and development as well as brand building of the Group.

customers are mainly hotels, restaurants serving Japanese, Western and Chinese cuisines, and supermarkets in Hong Kong.
