Warehouse Manager

Job description:

• Supervise warehouse assistant for the day-to-day activities of dispatching, receiving, sorting and packing.

• Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory in/out records. 

• Report shortages, overages and all inventory levels monthly for replenishment.

• Responsible for handling stock-take activities regularly.

• Ensures continued operations and avoids product or inventory shortages. 

• Responsible for classifying, labeling and warehousing all inventory for future use. 

• Keep accurate records of inventory levels and location for easy retrieval order Preparation.

• Work closely with other internal departments (sales department and logistic team) to smoothen daily operations and handle any sales supporting activities as
assigned

• Maintain good hygiene conditions in warehouse

• other ad hoc duties assigned by the management

Job Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in warehouse management or related discipline.

• Monday to Saturday (5-6 days per week) 9:00 - 18:00 

• Good communication and supervisory skills.

• Well-organized and self-motivated.

• 5 years working experience in warehouse/inventory management, with at least 2 years managerial experiences, preferably in Japanese Food wholesale related
industry.

• Experience in using Warehouse Management System is a definite advantage.

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese.

• Japanese speaking (JLPT N2 or above) is preferred but not a must 

• Proficient in MS Excel.
