Duties:
- To perform daily accounting function in accounts receivable and payable
- To ascertain daily collection reports and summaries
- To process refund applications
- To handle incoming invoices and issue cheques
- To monitor payable accounts
- To issue debit notes and receipts
- To conduct bank reconciliation
- To maintain filing system and provide other clerical support to the team
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Accounting & LCCI Higher Accounting
- Student member of accounting professional bodies preferable
- 5 years’ relevant working experience; with experience in handling full set of bookkeeping is preferable
- Familiar with FLEX Account, Chinese Word Processing(倉頡或速成), MS Office applications (MS Word and Excel)
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility
