Duties:
- Daily IT operations, technical support
- Maintain software and hardware operations
- Assist the manager to develop internal software
- Any ad hoc assigned from the IT division managerRequirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Program Development and related discipline with minimum 1-2 years of work experience in a technical support role;
- Fresh graduates with Bachelor’s degree with strong IT background will also be considered;
- Exercises due diligence and attention to detail is crucial;
- Good communication, problem-solving and time management skillsBenefits:
