- Degree holder in Accountancy or a registered student of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Qualification Programme (QP) and have completed the Associate Level of QP, or equivalent;
- 2 years related working experience
- To examine and process the reimbursement claims for revenue forgone in relation to the Scheme and follow up on any irregularities/discrepancies identified;
- Assist in issuing demand notes for clawing back reimbursements paid for ineligible trips identified;
- Assist in the development and implementation of the departmental system for checking and reporting reimbursement claims for revenue forgone;
- Assist in reviewing and investigating the abnormal transactions;
- Assist in gathering inputs for preparing the financial budget and in monitoring the spending of the allocation;
- Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese and English processing.
Remarks:
- Monthly Salary: HK$21K;
- 5-day work;
- Working location: Yau Ma Tei.
