Job Responsibilities:

–Provide support and advise to departments to understand their hiring needs from the business and handling the end to end recruit process to hire suitable candidates

–Collate the monthly and ad-hoc HR reports such as headcount, hiring reports and the monthly HR summary reports.

–Engage the new hire through the new hire onboarding process to ensure that new hires get well acquainted in the Company and their department

Job Requirements:

–F.5 or above. Degree holder will be at an advantage (final year students are also welcome to apply); –Strong ability in organization and coordination; can interact with different parties;

–Proactive, self-motivated, adaptable and able to work independently;

–Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
