Responsibilities:
1. Handle, respond and follow up on inquiries of music courses, rental facilities and music events, e.g. recitals, concerts and masterclasses
2. Raise invoices, collect cash and follow up on outstanding fees
3. Schedule classes to ensure optimal usage of classrooms and facillities
4. Register students for music exams and competitions
5. Create and post marketing activities on social media and website
6. Assist in organizing music events
7. Perform other administrative tasks, including purchasing of music instruments and supplies

Requirements:
1. Minimum education: complete secondary education
2. Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
3. At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Familiar with dynamic, international working environment
6. Able to work on Saturdays
7. Able to work independently
