Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop the original concept

• Construct level structure

• Write storyline, character bios, dialogue, plot points, game objective

• Storyboard the action of the game

• Conceive every element of the game including rules, setting, objects, vehicles, weapons, flora, fauna, etc,

• Define user interface, menus and controls

• Generate the Game Design Document (GDD)

• Develop early prototypes

• Work closely with other stakeholders like Product Managers, UX designers, Production and Artists to ensure alignment at every step of the content development process

• Research target audience to understand what they want in the game

• Create storyboards and write scripts

• Manage quality assurance testing, and follow up on feedback

• Analyze metrics and user feedback to derive insights and adjust designs accordingly

• Analyzing game design trends

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience, formal education in game design is a plus

• Passion for gaming; avid gamer with solid understanding of game development and game genres

• Strong understanding of game balance, game pacing and what makes them fun

• Passionate, creative, self-motivated and able to work independently

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Absolute Passion for playing and making computer or mobile games

• Knowledge in cryptocurrency/blockchain/NFT is highly preferred
