Senior & Junior Marketing Manager

Role

We are looking for a versatile creative, a strategic thinker, an engaging storyteller and a supportive team player. Someone who enjoys creating and coming up with ideas, and able to see it come to fruition. An individual who is an inspiring force for creative work, with a keen eye for cutting edge visuals and an uncanny ability to tell stories. 

This role will be focusing on building brand awareness and driving traffic to our Singapore market through our social media, marketing channels and other platforms Herbs'Oil has set up for the Singapore market. The candidate will be reporting to the Hong Kong HQ management team. 

Responsibilities

• Conceptualising to executing creative video production - concepting, scriptwriting, graphic storyboarding
• Develop ideas for marketing and branding videos
• Contribute to pitches and being able to present your work in a clear and engaging manner
• An eagerness to understand our clients’ brands, marketing strategies and industries
• Support development of creative visuals
• Lead efforts from conceptualising to executing creative projects, particularly video projects - concepting, scriptwriting, graphic storyboarding, directing
• Concepting and lead development of ideas for marketing campaigns, marketing and branding videos
• Work closely with Growth and Production Teams to develop and execute ideas
• Lead creatives in pitches, being able to clearly explain ideas and engage clients with ease
• Able to drive a creative team forward, delegating responsibilities, mentoring junior members of the team as well as overseeing the creative team
• Lead development of creative visuals

Requirements

• Min. 3 year of proven work experience as a Creative
• Diploma in Screen Media, Film Studies, Marketing/Branding, PR, or related field
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Team management skills.
• High level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple,
  competing priorities simultaneously.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
