產品營銷經理將全面參與協助執行 Toppan iDGate 本地與國際營銷計劃和品牌活動,從而向世界行銷Toppan iDGate 品牌及產品,開發國際市場的機會,樹立產品定位於潛在客戶和現有客戶的市場。 

Product Marketing Manager assists on the execution of overall engaging marketing programs and branding activities in Taiwan and Internationally that will position Toppan iDGate’s products in the market targeting prospects and customers. 

主要職務:
Job responsbilities:

  1. 規劃和擬定數位行銷策略,以達成公司整體策略目標及提升 TOPPAN IDGATE 品牌知名度。
    Developing the strategy and managing the marketing programs that drive demand for the products. Oversee development and management of annual marketing plan and budget.  
  2. 規劃和訂定產品市場定位,並尋找新的服務項目和市場,以增加公司的營運及顧客的成長。
    Developing product positioning and messaging that differentiates the Toppan iDGate’s products in the market. Reach out to the new target audience by creating brand images,
    product awareness, excellent services and promotions 
  3. 分析台灣及國際市場上產品競爭者狀況,並研擬因應策略,以確保既有之利潤和市場佔有率或拓展新的市場。
    Researching both international and Taiwanese market needs and articulating findings in the form of prioritized product requirements to Technical teams.  
  4. 與銷售及技術團隊共同合作,撰寫行銷企劃書、新聞稿、制作產品銷售培訓PPT及相關文檔素材、安排顧客回饋及制作個案分享,建立品牌價值及產品溝通渠道
    Working with our Sales & Technical teams to develop sales tools and training materials around Toppan iDGate’s products and services that support the selling process
    of Toppan iDGate’s products. Conduct customer interviews to capture content for case studies and video testimonials.  
  5. 與集團跨國行銷、技術及營運團隊進行溝通協作(需良好英語)、推進行銷企劃合作。
    Lead overall development of integrated categories marketing plans in conjunction with sales, technical & operation’s team.  
  6. 定期更新網站內容及經營社群平台,促進品牌多元粉絲黏著度。
    Maintaining the content for any related pages concerning Toppan iDGate’s software products and ensuring content is up to date.  

須具備
Job requirement: 

  1. 擅長行銷活動設計、動畫設計、廣告文宣與短片拍攝與商業企劃提案。
    Knowledge of online marketing tools and marketing campaign
    Has experience in graphic design to produce marketing materials  
  2. 可執行產品規劃、執行、計劃、簡報提案之工作 ( 擅長 TED 吸引式企劃提案 )
    Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to self-prioritize tasks。 
  3. 良好語文溝通(中及英語)及文案寫作能力
    Excellent written communication in Traditional Chinese AND English, as well as in copywriting and proofreading skills
    Fluent verbal communication skills in Mandarin AND English  
  4. 具數位行銷經驗,撰寫產品內容行銷,熟悉網路生態及SEO優化、Google AD、LinkedIn 專頁內容經營、AD 投放的相關經驗
    Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels and best practice including social, digital and email marketing  
  5. 對資安、軟體科技業(如企業 IT 服務、雲端、IT、 軟體 和 SaaS)有基本認識
    Knowledge or experience in the digital tech industry is preferred  
  6. 活潑開朗,對創新有熱情,具備良好溝通及團隊合作能力。
    Energetic and enthusiastic about tech and creativity  
  7. 具備高度誠信與品德價值。
    Demonstrate high level of integrity and ethical values
