Executive Vice President

 Responsibilities: 

• Provide leadership and direction to achieve the goals and objectives of the company 
• Develop and guide the corporate strategy, action plans, risk policy, annual budgets and business plans 
• Act in both a strategic and operational capacity to lead, oversee and coordinate between all departments, senior management and stakeholders
• Monitor business processes, operation and procedures, making sure they are on schedule and completed in time and within budget
• Lead development and optimization of company policies and procedures to enhance workflow efficiency and resources integrity of the operation 
• Mentor teams under supervision to deliver a business plan which is focused on driving betting revenue 

Requirements: 

• Master or above in International Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related qualifications 
• Professional qualification such as CPA and/or CFA is preferred
• At least 10 years of management experience in the field of Securities or financial institutions, including over 5 years in top management level
• Familiar with Commercial Law, Company Law and other relevant codes & regulations in Hong Kong and China, especially Anti-Money Laundering Ordinance
• Good knowledge of the financial market, including derivatives products, knowledge of insurance business is a must
• Strong investment and management skill, extensive knowledge of Finance and Compliance regulations
• Excellent leadership skill and strong work ethics, result-oriented, high level of business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
• Strong sense of loyalty, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
