Project Officer (1-year Contract)

Job Duties:

• Directly involved in the operation of the project and assist your superior to set up production
• Assist Team Lead to supervise a team and meet desired quality & daily production targets
• Assist your superior to work with various support groups to ensure smooth and efficient operation of production
• Assist your superior to conduct data collection analysis and provide regular production reports
• Any other duties as assigned by your superior from time to time
• Overall responsible for operations to be proceeded in accordance with ISO manual.

Security, Health & Safety :

• Cooperate with management and the Company in meeting regulatory requirements.
• Make a Diagnosis of system hardware and software problems

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Management, Global Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• Candidates with less than 1 year working experience will be considered
• Good team player with excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Responsible for generate report on regular basis;
• Perform data analysis and provide actionable advice to management;
• Ensure project meets required standard and quality;
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS Word & Excel, VBA, Marco)
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese
