• Optimization of DNA synthesis and coupling
• Designing and performing experiments as assigned by the supervisor
• Analyzing experiment data and writing report
• Preparation of documents for funding and patient applications
• Ph.D. degree in Chemical biology, Analytical Chemistry, synthetic chemistry, Molecular Biology,
or related fields
• Laboratory skills in nanoparticle synthesis and coupling, DNA handling/detection/manipulation,
and mammalian cell culture
• Computational skills in statistical analysis and scientific presentation
• Experience in diagnostic reagents development is highly advantageous
• Ability to work independently and multi-tasking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
• Well-honed interpersonal capacities and passionate about gainful collaboration.
