I Banking Trainee
Work responsibilities
- Provide professional support for customers, including: general customer service, bank account, investment planning, retirement planning, risk management planning
- Know customer needs and provide personalized financial solutions
- Provide professional advice, in place service, enhance the company's image to reach the expanded network field
- Build and manage teams
Work requirements
- Hold a college degree or above
- Minimum qualification requirements - 5 degrees required to obtain a DSE secondary school diploma or equivalent of 5 degrees (including 1 language (Chinese or English) and mathematics)
- Must be able to work in Hong Kong and hold HKID or IANG
- Attitude and active learning
- Can communicate in Cantonese, English or Mandarin
- Good interpersonal skills and expression skills
