- Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the strategic development and go-to-market plans for the marketplace
- Maintain close relationship with the existing customers and manage multiple key accounts
- Lead sales and business development activities to increase sales pipeline
- Analyze and report on metrics and KPIs for the sales team to optimize performance and ensure reaching sales targets
- Ensure quality service by frequent visits and understand the feedback from customers
- Responsible for brand guardianship, ensuring alignment to the brand and consistency of brand message
- Drive appropriate levels of audience segmentation to deliver personalized and relevant advertising campaigns
- Requirements:
- Good analytical skills able to evaluate opportunities from a strategic perspective
- At least 2 years of sales and marketing experience with a strong track record of success
- Highly self-motivated with flexibility
- Strong communication and writing skills in English and Chinese
