  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the strategic development and go-to-market plans for the marketplace
  • Maintain close relationship with the existing customers and manage multiple key accounts
  • Lead sales and business development activities to increase sales pipeline
  • Analyze and report on metrics and KPIs for the sales team to optimize performance and ensure reaching sales targets
  • Ensure quality service by frequent visits and understand the feedback from customers
  • Responsible for brand guardianship, ensuring alignment to the brand and consistency of brand message
  • Drive appropriate levels of audience segmentation to deliver personalized and relevant advertising campaigns
  • Requirements:
  • Good analytical skills able to evaluate opportunities from a strategic perspective
  • At least 2 years of sales and marketing experience with a strong track record of success
  • Highly self-motivated with flexibility
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English and Chinese
