Accounts & Admin Assistant  
(Fresh Graduates are Welcome) 


Job Highlights  

  • 1 year’s office work experience is preferred but not a must 
  • Location: Wan Chai 
  • Presentable and courteous 
  • Five-day work week 


Job Description 

  • Process all accounting postings and assist in full set of management accounts 
  • Handle bank fund flow 
  • Issue debit notes and invoices for the Company 
  • Manage Accounts Receivables & update of debit note register 
  • General administrative duties such as filings, simple correspondences, dispatching, handle re-direction mails, typist duties 
  • Update and handle pretty cash ledger control 
  • Organize files in office and warehouse 


  • Full set of accounts knowledge is preferred 
  • Use of computer software Peachtree, Microsoft Office and Word Processing 
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail minded, initiative, hardworking and organized 
  • Good command of English
