- Key account representative between the client, the company and the agencies
- Work closely with internal designers and external production vendors, ensuring the briefs and requirements are 100% understood and the whole process is conducted (including but not limited to deadline)
- Responsible for final artwork output quality control check before passing to client
- Responsible for customer service and delivery through constant liaison with clients and internal related members. The primary focus of this role will be todeliver exceptional customer service
- Own and resolve customer queries
- Responsible for Account related finance control and management, including but not limited to quotations and payments
- Other related tasks assigned by manager
