Responsibilities:
Provide IT technical advises and helpdesk support services to users
Contact users to find out the nature of the problem
Participate in testing new applications and hardware
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Information Services or related disciplines
Fresh graduates and less experience are welcome
Proactive, energetic, and positive attitude
Self-motivated, detail minded, proactive and eager to learn
