Job Description:
- To assist and implement marketing projects and promotions
- Maintain & monitor Mystery Shoppers Program and Membership Reward Program by reports & information analysis
- Produce reports to Management -Maintain good relationship with branches and support the team in the implementation of sales & marketing communications functions
- To handle customer inquiries or complaints with good communication skill, friendly and polite manner
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time
Job Requirement:
- Form 6 / Diploma or above
- 0-1 year experience in sales & marketing or catering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
