Job Responsibilities:
l Responsible for all legal activities of the group, including: registration, legal documents, due diligence, policy research, legal training, dispute resolution, news reporting, etc.;
l Responsible for relevant legal affairs arrangements and follow-up, including preparation of legal documents, litigation, liquidation, etc.
l Responsible for due diligence on investment portfolios, providing investment advice and post-investment management advice
l Co-ordinate other ad hoc projects.
崗位職責：
l 負責管理各項法務工作，包括：註冊登記、法律文件、盡職調查、政策研究、印章管理、法律意見、爭議處理、新聞報道等；
l 負責管理相關法律事務的安排與跟進，包括準備所需各種法律文檔、訴訟、清算等事宜
l 負責各投資項目的盡職調查，為投前決策和投後管理提供書面的意見；
l 負責其他上級交辦的工作；
Job requirements:
l Degree or above in Law or equivalent; minimum of 5 year experience in legal or company secretarial field.
l Basic knowledge in HK and PRC financial law and policy ; has M&A experience will be an advantage.
l Basic knowledge in HK and PRC Listing Rules and related regulations.
l Has conscientious work attitude, excellent writing skill and good communication and interpersonal skills.
任職要求：
l 擁有法律本科學位或以上；在法律或公司秘書領域最少5年的工作經驗；
l 熟悉中港兩地金融投資法律法規、國家政策，有投資並購經驗優先考慮；
l 瞭解中港兩地上市規則及相關法規的基本知識；
l 具有法務人員應有的嚴謹性，較強的文字寫作和語言表達能力，良好的人際溝通和協調能力
