Senior Maanger of Project Coordination / Business Development

Job Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Implement projects with quality and optimize project management to ensure on time within budget and effective project outcomes.

• Build and lead high performance team under optimal use of resources.

• Business Development: Develop business goals and corresponding action plans to achieve short term and long term goals.

• Manage, handle and negotiate with distributors and business partners.

• Meet and follow up with prospective clients, including proposal writing and handling enquiries.

• Liaise with in-house teams of product, technical, marketing and others to coordinate project progress.

• Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

• Need to work with BD partner and may lead subordinate in future.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degrees holder in Business administration or IT related fields

• Minimum of 8-10 years experience in project management and enterprise-level solutions

• Have Blockchain knowledge is definitely an advantage

• Confident in working closely with both technical and business teams

• Critical thinker and problem solver who is precise, detail-oriented, well organized, and with a strong sense of responsibility

• Positive, open-minded and self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills and willing to learn and taking up new challenges

• Passionate about the latest technology, data and problem-solving

• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, Cantonese, Proficient in spoken Mandarin
