  • Responsibilities:
    • Handle full spectrum of human resources functions including but not limited to recruitment, performance appraisal, payroll, compensation and benefits administration and taxation
    • Maintain a systematic filing system and properly handle confidential information & materials
    • Assist in handling recruitment process such as job-ad posting, arrangement of interviews, verification of candidate's qualifications, etc.
    • Prepare reports and analysis for management review
    • Implement HR projects and carry out any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
    • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Good manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS office application, HR software, familiar with Chinese word processing
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and related legislations
  • Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility as well as good time management
  • Immediately available is preferred
  • Fresh graduates are also welcomed
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
