RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Executive Chef / Head Chef for daily operation
- Ensure the highest standard of product quality to meet or exceed customers’ expectations
- Maintaining a clean environment ensuring the food quality, food safety and hygiene standards to be in line with the company’s requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Solid working experience in F&B/restaurant
- Minimum 2-year relevant experience preferably gained in hospitality industry
- Holder of Culinary School Diploma will be an advantage
- Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
- Ability to multitask and work efficiency under pressure
- Self-motived and a good team player, have strong sense of responsibility
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Commis
- Candidates should be currently in Hong Kong
- IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
- Working Location: Central / Admiralty / Wanchai / Sheung Wan / Mid-levels
