Purchasing Specialist (Base salary + high commission)

Job Description 

Requirements 

· At least 5 years working experience in electronic products or components is required 

· Experience in production follow up with trading or manufacturing background 

· Responsible for purchasing activities for electronic parts, and other items, including issue purchase orders, follow up purchasing order and delivery schedules 

· Deal with suppliers on purchasing and negotiation, forecasting, and price comparison. 

· Resourceful, dynamics, well-organized with good communication skills 

· Conversant with MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint 

· Proficient in communication of both English and Mandarin 

· Immediate available is a definite advantage 

· Any ad-hoc assignments as requested by management 

Responsibilities 

· Provide quotation support to the sales team, confirm the channel, and purchase various electronic components according to the sales demand 

· Negotiate with suppliers to obtain material information, cooperate with sales team to negotiate, and procure electronic components 

· Support sales team (including technical, market, consulting, keen sense of market direction) 

· Maintain purchasing channel resources, develop valuable electronic components channel suppliers
