Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound call in professional manner
• Handle high volumes of customers’ enquiries via Email and WhatsApp
• Follow up repair order and customers’ complaints
• Assist the team to perform operations tasks
• Assist and coordinate the quality administrative supporting services to the team set up and operation projects
• Assist any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Education and/or Work Experience Requirement:
• Higher Diploma or above
• 1 year of experience in customer service field
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure & good communication skills
• Experience in using Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Immediately available is preferred
