短期/季節性兼職遊客服務主任 (水上樂園) Short Term/ Seasonal Part Time Guest Services Associate (Water World)

The incumbent will be responsible for creating excellent guest experience via all guest areas at ticketing & enquiry counter, admission gate and cabana area. He/she has to handle guest comments and requests appropriately according to the standard operations procedure. He/she will also assist to executive inventory/stock take activities in order to ensure efficient stock remains on hand at all times. He/she has to maintain a professional self-image of the highest standards within the Park and complete any additional tasks required by the superiors.

Salary: $65/hour
Working period: Now until 31 October 2022
Working Hours: 8-10 working hours per day; 3-6 days per week including weekends and public holidays

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or general discipline
• Willing to work irregular hours, weekends and public holidays
• High adaptable to change and fast pace operations
• Service and quality oriented
• Responsible, pleasant, customer-oriented
• Good command of spoken/ written English and Chinese include Putonghua
