The incumbent will be responsible for providing guest services, handling guest enquiries and complaints, including complaints, through Ocean Park hotlines and emails, preparing all kinds of reports, as well as providing administrative support to the Guest Services Department.

Requirements • Form 7/HKDSE or above
• With at least 1 year working experience in hospitality industry or guest-oriented jobs
• Pleasant, courteous with friendly manner
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Willing to work on shifts including weekends and public holidays
