Shift Technical Support (Afternoon & Night Shift Can Work At Home)

Job Description

Responsibilities：

• Liaise with clients and provide quality services in supporting network, security & server solution;
• Monitor, trouble shoot and provide solution for servers and network issues;
• Perform installation, configuration, administration of hardware & software on Linux platform and MS Windows systems;
• Prepare technical documentation, e.g. technical procedure, project workflow document;
• Provide solutions to our clients to meet their needs;

Requirements：

• Higher Diploma holder or above of Computer Science or related disciplines；
• Holder of MCSE / CCNA or other certifications will be an advantages；
• Hands on experience in Router / Switches configuration are definite an advantage；
• Good team player, self-initiative and highly motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure independently；
• Good command of written & spoken Chinese and English, including Putonghua；
• Shift duty is required (afternoon & night shift can work at home);
• 5 days work per week;
• 8 hours per day including meal time;
• Immediate available is preferred；
